Jill Porras is the Director of CARE Academy Learning Center in Temecula. She currently teaches several Educational Therapy courses at UCR and is on the faculty of the education department at CSU San Marcos. Her past experience as a teacher, public school site administrator and district administrator give her a rare behind-the-scenes insight to the IEP process.
